Audio Montage
The audio montage is a multichannel and multitrack non-destructive editing environment that allows you to arrange, edit, play back, and record audio clips.
Envelopes for Clips
For clips in the audio montage, you can create envelopes for volume and fades, for panning, and for effects that are routed to a clip.

You can select volume/fade envelopes and pan envelopes.

Procedure

In the montage window, select a clip.
Select the Envelope tab.
In the Selector section, open the Envelope Type pop-up menu, and select if you want to edit the Volume/Fades envelope or the Pan envelope.
