Rehearsal marks
Rehearsal marks are ordered sequences of letters or numbers that provide useful reference points, such as indicating significant changes in the music. They allow performers to co-ordinate easily in rehearsals and make the chronological sequence of the music clear.

You can edit the formatting of the paragraph style used for rehearsal marks; for example, if you want to change the size of rehearsal marks in full score layouts without affecting their size in part layouts.

You can edit the formatting of the paragraph style used for rehearsal marks; for example, if you want to change the size of rehearsal marks in full score layouts without affecting their size in part layouts.

Procedure

Choose Library > Paragraph Styles to open the Paragraph Styles dialog.
In the paragraph styles list, select Rehearsal Marks.
Optional: Select one of the available styles from the Parent menu.

If you select a parent style, an activated switch is shown beside all the options that are different in the selected paragraph style, compared to its parent style.
Activate and change the available options as required.
Click OK to save your changes and close the dialog.

Result

The formatting of the rehearsal mark paragraph style is changed.
