The Process Plug-In Dialog

The process plug-in dialog contains settings for the actual processing that are common to all plug-ins and described below.

The dialog also contains effect parameters of the selected plug-in that are described in the separate PDF document “Plug-in Reference”.

  • To display the section with the common settings for processing, click More.

Wet mix/Dry mix

These sliders allow you to specify the balance between wet and dry signals in the resulting clip.

If you raise the Wet mix slider, the Dry mix slider is lowered by the same amount. If you press Alt and drag a slider, you can move it independently.

Tail

Activate this to add space after the original audio section. This avoids that a reverb tail or a delay effect is cut off. The slider allows you to specify a tail length.

Use the Preview function to find the appropriate tail length.
