Moving Note Expression data

To move all or the selected data of the active parameter, click with the Object Selection tool in the editor (not in the stretch area at the bottom of the window) and drag.

You can restrict the direction to vertical or horizontal by pressing Ctrl/Cmd while dragging. When you hold down Alt while dragging, the data is copied instead.
