Preparing a Basic Audio CD

You can add any type of file to a Basic Audio CD. However, when writing the files to CD, the files must meet specific specifications.

• 44100 Hz (44.1 kHz)

• Mono, dual mono, or stereo.

• 8, 16, 20, or 24-bit precision. During the writing process, files are converted to 16-bit stereo.

A track can only be used once in a Basic Audio CD.
