Creating a Project by Using Another Project as a Template

You can use existing Nuendo Live projects as templates for new projects.

Procedure

  1. In the Projects dialog, select New in the left column.
  2. Optional: Activate Include Audio Events if you want to use the audio events of the source project in your new project.
  3. Do one of the following:

    • Select a project from the list of recently used projects and click OK.

    • Click Other Projects and in the Open Template file dialog, locate and select a Nuendo Live project file, and click Open.

  4. In the Set Project Folder file dialog, specify the folder where you want to save your new project, and click Select Folder.

Result

A new, untitled project is created. The new project is based on the selected source project and includes the corresponding tracks and settings. If you activated Include Audio Events, the audio events of the source project are referenced at their original time positions.
