MIDI Controllers

Most of the parameters in Retrologue can be adjusted via MIDI controllers.

The MIDI controller assignments are saved globally for the plug-in, with one exception: The mod wheel assignment is saved with each preset. This allows you to control effect parameters using the mod wheel, which would otherwise not be controllable, because they are not available as modulation destinations in the modulation matrix.

Note
  • Volume and pan are assigned to controllers 7 and 10 by default, and are therefore always available.

  • If you use Retrologue in a Steinberg DAW, the MIDI controller assignments are saved with the project.
