Setting Up Permissions Manually

You can manually set up which users are allowed to join a project, and what read and write permissions they have.

1. Select Network > Project Sharing and Permissions.
2. In the Project & Tracks column, select the project name.

   This way, the settings you make affect the entire project, rather than separate tracks.

   

3. In the All Users column, select the users you want to share the project with.
4. Click Add User to Permission List.

   The selected users are added to the User Name column.

5. In the User Name column, activate the r and w columns to activate the read and write permissions for the added users.
