Default Permissions and Guest Users

The Default Permissions preset is always available, and contains a Guest user with both read and write permissions.

The Default Permissions are the easiest and quickest way to share a project with everyone in a network and let everyone have both read and write permissions for the entire project.

If this is not what you want, you can modify the Default Permissions by adding and removing users. However, you cannot remove the Default Permissions preset itself.

The Guest user, and thus his permissions, can be utilized by anyone in the network. Therefore, shared projects that have Guest user allow anyone in the network to join using the corresponding permissions.
