Contextual help overlay
The contextual help overlay temporarily highlights areas in the project window that offer contextual help. It is available in all modes.
You can show the contextual help overlay in any of the following ways:

Press F1 (Windows) or Cmd-/ (macOS).

In the toolbar, click Show Help

When the contextual help overlay is shown, help buttons with question mark symbols are shown centered in each highlighted area. Clicking help buttons opens relevant documentation in a web browser.
The contextual help overlay closes automatically after several seconds of inactivity or when you click a help button.
You can navigate through the contextual help overlay using the following key commands:

To select the next help button, press Tab.

To open the selected help button, press Return.

To close the contextual help overlay, press Esc.
