Mapping Controller Parameters via the Inspector
You can assign the knobs and faders of your MIDI instrument to note expression parameters via the Inspector.
Procedure
Result
You can now record note expression data using the controller messages that you just assigned.
In the CC column in the Inspector, the number of the assigned MIDI controller message, or PB for pitchbend, or AT for aftertouch is shown if the mapping is active. MIDI controller messages that are assigned but inactive, are shown with a dot.
Note
The VST 3 parameter Tuning is automatically assigned to the pitchbend wheel of your MIDI controller. All other parameters are assigned by default to the first MIDI controller message, CC1: Modulation.
